This policy explains what information Kordax ("Kordax," "we," "us") collects through kordaxai.com and while working with clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, city and anything you write in your message.
- Client materials. When you become a client, we receive the photos, video clips, logos and business details you send so we can make your videos.
- Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you a sample video you asked for.
- To make, deliver and revise videos for clients.
- To bill for services and keep business records.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job:
- Website hosting and forms: Netlify, which hosts this site and receives contact form submissions.
- Email: Google Workspace, which we use for business email.
- Video creation tools: AI video and editing services we use to turn client photos into videos. Client materials are uploaded to these tools only to produce that client's videos.
- Payments: [Your payment provider, e.g. Stripe or Square].
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client materials and finished videos for the length of the client relationship and a reasonable time afterward for records and re-delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing [hello]@kordaxai.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
