Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use kordaxai.com or buy video services from Kordax ("Kordax," "we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
1. Our services
Kordax creates short marketing videos for businesses, mainly from photos and clips the client provides. The number of videos, delivery schedule and price for each client are set by the package you choose or a written quote.
2. Monthly packages and billing
- Packages are billed monthly, in advance, starting on the day you sign up.
- You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't give refunds for a month already started.
- Unused videos don't roll over to the next month unless we agree in writing.
- If a payment fails, we may pause work until it's resolved.
3. Your materials
You're responsible for the photos, clips, logos and information you send us. By sending them, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including permission from homeowners or property owners whose homes appear in them. You give us permission to use your materials only to make and deliver your videos.
4. AI-assisted videos
We use AI video tools as part of how we make videos. AI-generated footage can contain small visual errors. Every video is sent to you for review before it's final, and it's your responsibility to approve it and to make sure any claims in it (such as pricing, warranties, licenses or results) are accurate before you post it.
5. Revisions
Each video includes [one round] of reasonable revisions. Bigger changes or new concepts may count as a new video.
6. Ownership and use
Once the month's payment is made, you own the finished videos delivered to you that month and can use them in any lawful way. We keep the right to show videos we made in our own portfolio and marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, email us and we'll leave yours out.
7. No guaranteed results
We work hard to make videos that bring you attention and leads, but we can't guarantee specific views, followers, calls or sales. Results depend on many things outside our control, including social media platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kordax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover Kordax for claims that come from materials you provided or from how you use the videos, including claims that you didn't have permission to use a photo or that a statement in a video was inaccurate.
10. Ending service
Either side can end service at any time. We may stop working with a client who doesn't pay, provides materials they don't have rights to, or asks for content that is misleading or unlawful.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [Your county] County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when posted here, and the date at the top will change.
