Billing and the fine print.
When am I billed?
Monthly, in advance, starting on the day you sign up.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges. We don't refund a month that has already started.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Unused videos don't carry over to the next month unless we agree to it in writing.
Do rush videos cost extra on Pro?
No. Rush videos count toward your 12 videos for the month. We just make them faster.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Let us know, and the new plan starts on your next billing date.
What do you need from me?
Photos from your jobs (before, during and after work best), your logo, and a quick look at each video before it's final. About ten minutes a month.
